Ash Personality, Hobbies & Interests 

Ash is a personal trainer and can be found working out most of the time.  She enjoys weight training and has competed in some regional powerlifting competitions.  But also enjoys long slow distance cardio with walks along the beach and hiking.  Other forms of cardio include surfing and ocean swimming especially in the rain.  So if she is not at the beach then you will find her at the gym or alternating each day.
